While I was soaking in the tub a few minutes ago, I had a good idea for the very first Daily Challenge we do........ For tomorrow, with it being our first diet day, Why don't we take 15 minutes to think about why we want to lose weight, and then write them down..... and post them here....... IF some of the reasons are too personal, we can number all the reasons, and just leave that number blank.
Or do somehitng along those lines..... I think, personally, if I have the reasons WHY I am doing this, I can go back a reflect, and gain a little *strength* from my reasons. Does that make sense?? Also, we can list our *goals* as well....... Like...."fit into a size ## jeans again, and then go back and reflect on how well we are doing.
So that we don't get too many posts going about it, we can each start a post in the morning, ........ Say Donna can post Daily Challenge, and the we each reply, one time, and as we change, or accomplish a certain goal, we can go in and Edit our post, that way we don't get too over whelmed??
Good Lord!!!! I am a rambling idiot tonight!! LOL OK, IF this makes sense, and you like the idea... lets run with it?????
