			<description>Well, tonight is wiegh in nite. So far since I started WW, I lost 12 lbs! Since I started with the weight tracker way back when, I've lost 17! 

I'm tootin my own horn, hee hee!   

I have been doing a 25 min cardio/toning workout and then 15 min on my INCLINED (very first time ever) treadmill, everyday cept the weekend. THen we walk at the mall sometimes. But I feel stronger and better than I have in YEARS!   </description>

			<description>I have an idea that might help us along. It's a daily challenge. If you can do it great, if not then maybe the next one. We don't havet have one everyday but... Anyways whoever posts first will be the challenge of that day. Nothing like climbing 20 flights of stairs but something like:

for today try to get 15 min of some kind of exercise or for today try to eat 4 pieces of fruit.

One good thing done everyday will be a big help! What do ya think??   </description>

I know I have to excercise, but what do I need to do about food?  Low fat... Low Carb.... Low calories...???  all of the above???
