Today my goal is the usual stuff, all my veggies, all my liquids and no eating after 7. Last night I was 17 min past my cutoff! I can do better. Tim's home all day today so it might be more of a challenge than I think. But at least I won't be bored out of my skull looking for food every 5 min. I would like to get 30 min on the treadmill too.
